Spinnaker Realty was founded by Richard Bowley  in 1987. Our first location was on US #1 in Perry, Maine.  Mary Pottle has been active in the business with Dick since it was founded. She obtained her brokers license and became the Owner/Designated Broker and moved the office to Eastport in 1995. Richard Bowley is a Broker and has over 20 years of experience in the Real Estate Business. He has instructed classes in Real Estate Practice and Sales Agent for both Washington County Technical College and the University of Maine at Machias. Also in our office we have:

Ann Coltart is a licensed Associate Broker and joined Spinnaker August of 2003. She splits her time between Perry and Florida.

Chase Langmaid is a licensed Associate Broker. He retired from the insurance industry and has settled here with his wife in Eastport.

Ed Nadeau is a licensed sales agent who has lived in the area for over twenty years.

Pat Scott has lived in Maine nearly twenty years.  She moved to Eastport six years ago with her husband, a boat designer.  She has a background in personnel management and property management.
